# Sharing and downloading

## Share by link

Sharing works per document. Anyone with the link can view every diagram in the document without signing in.

1. Open the document and choose Share (共有) at the top right.
2. Under General access (一般的なアクセス), choose Anyone with the link (リンクを知っている全員).
3. Copy the Link (リンク) shown and send it to the people you want to show it to.

Shared documents show Shared by link (リンク共有中) at the top of the screen and in document lists. You can also copy the link with Copy link (リンクをコピー) in the document's "…" menu in the list.

### What link viewers can do

### Stop sharing

1. Open Share (共有) and set General access (一般的なアクセス) to Restricted (制限付き).
2. Confirm by choosing Disable link (リンクを無効にする).

Opening a disabled link shows a message that the shared link is no longer valid. If you choose Anyone with the link again, a new link is created; the old link stays disabled.

Deleting a document also disables its link.

> Sharing can only be changed in the web app. Your AI never turns sharing on.

## Download

Open a diagram, choose Download (ダウンロード) at the top right, and pick a format.

| Download as PNG (PNG でダウンロード) | A PNG of the current diagram, with a transparent background |
| Download as SVG (SVG でダウンロード) | An SVG of the current diagram |
| Download all diagrams as ZIP (すべての図を ZIP でダウンロード) | A ZIP of PNGs of every diagram in the document |

- Files are named after the diagram. Images in the ZIP start with their position in the document (for example, `1-Overview.png`).
- Downloads always contain the whole diagram, even when a view is selected.
- While a past version is shown, PNG and SVG downloads are of that version. The ZIP always uses the latest versions.

### PNG size limit

There's a size limit for PNG images: 8 million pixels (width × height).

- For diagrams over the limit, Download as PNG is disabled with a note that the diagram is too large for PNG and to use SVG instead. Download as SVG.
- In the ZIP, diagrams over the limit are replaced by an image saying the image is too large to show, and the file name ends with "(画像が大きすぎるため変換できません)" ("too large to convert").
